First and foremost I would like to explain the meaning behind the slightly unusual name - Ändra means change in Swedish, which is exactly what we stand for. Helping you to change for the better, and holding your hand throughout the whole journey.
Change can very often be scary or intimidating, especially when we think of how far we may have still to go. But with the right support and guidance along the way, this doesn’t have to be the case. Whether your goal is to lose weight, recover from injury, perform your best in a specific sport, or just to be healthier and enjoy life Ändra can help.
We offer a wide variety of Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Pilates and training services to suit your needs, and everything is bespoke and tailored to your requirements as an individual. It may be that you just simply require a few tweaks to your lifestyle to steer you in the right direction, or you may be in need of a complete overhaul to get you to where you want to be.
