This is the age-old question and the one that we can never seem to find a simple answer to! With so much misinformation in the media and on the internet, it is so difficult to figure out what we actually should be eating in order to be healthy and achieve our goals.

We are here to simplify it for you! A nutrition check-up gives you the opportunity to take an in-depth look at your diet with a Registered Nutritionist, and analyse where you currently are, vs where you should be in order to achieve your goals. We will help you decipher the fads and the fiction so that you don’t feel like you have to jump on every new trend that instagram influencers tell you to do.

What happens with a nutrition check-up?

You will fill in the form below, or download and email the form back to info@andrahealth.com. This includes a 3 day food diary that will be analysed so make sure this is as accurate and representative of your normal diet as possible. We will then get in touch with you to book in your consultation at a time that is convenient for you. Your consultation will last approximately 45 minutes, in which we will talk through your current diet and how this could change to help you achieve your goals. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your diet and clarify any myths that you are unsure about.

Do I get anything to take away?

You will leave the consultation with a visual analysis (colourful graphs and easy to understand tabes) of your current diet vs what we would recommend you eat. There will also be a few key points that you can look at that will help you to adapt your diet.
