During the first trimester you may be finding that your energy levels feel non-existent, Pilates and Yoga can guide you through simple movements but more importantly are reminding you to breathe. Learning breathing techniques in pregnancy can help with symptoms such as nausea and anxiety as well as leading to a sense of calm and renewed vitality. It is also a perfect time to start building that special connection with your baby and to check in with your feelings.
