What is a Nutritionist?
A Nutritionist is a qualified professional who is there to help you improve your diet and lifestyle. They can help to improve your current diet so that you can achieve your goals whether they are weight loss, sporting or fitness related, or to improve your health. Nutritionists have particular areas of expertise in diet related health conditions, such as irritable bowel disease and food intolerances. When working with a Nutritionist, you will receive a level of support to help you overcome any barriers or problems you may face when trying to change your diet, and guidance that will keep you on track.
How can a Nutritionist help you?
Nutritionists are trained to assess your diet and lifestyle and give you areas for improvement to help work towards your goals. Your nutrition plan will take into account your lifestyle, activities and general health. In addition to general dietary improvements, a Nutritionist can help specifically with the following:
Gut Issues such as IBS
Focus, Concentration and Alertness
Improving Dietary Habits and Relationships with Food
