Alcohol Free Mulled Wine.

Winter is definitely the season of crisp chilly walks, log fires and warm mulled wine! But sometimes midday is a little early to break out the alcohol, and you want a warm winter drink without then snoozing for the rest of the day!

This non-alcoholic version of a winter classic serves just that purpose. Now it is a little sweeter than the alcoholic version, but you can dilute with more water to combat some of the sweetness. I would also recommend not being shy with the spices, cloves and cinnamon in particular. Nothing is more Christmassy than the smell of warm spices and I promise you they won’t disappoint in this recipe.
